Why now

Your buyers ask AI. You can't see what AI says back.

Search changed shape, and being the answer is the new ranking.

Search changed shape

Buyers don't just Google. They ask AI, and get one answer, not ten links.

Being the answer is the new ranking

If AI doesn't mention, cite or recommend you, you're invisible at the moment buyers decide.

Tracking alone doesn't fix it

A dashboard that says you're losing is not a strategy. Visibility problems are content problems.

WriteWorks closes the loop

Measure, research, produce, publish, prove, in one platform.

Before and after

Six tools that don't talk. Or one that closes the loop.

The work is the same either way. Only one version proves it worked.

With WriteWorks

One platform. Gap to published to proven.

WriteWorks10+ AI platformsContent engine
  • Per-prompt visibility and citations across 10+ AI platforms, on a rolling refresh
  • Every gap becomes a brief in the same pipeline that publishes the fix
  • What you ship shows up in the next visibility run
Why WriteWorks

Trackers tell you the score. WriteWorks changes it.

Visibility is an output of content. So the measurement suite and the content engine live in the same platform. No exports, no glue work.

  • Measured wider. Ten engines, 20+ markets and every buyer persona, with sentiment on every mention of you and your competitors.
  • Engineered, not guessed. Every rewrite is briefed from a real gap, scored as you write, and gated for brand voice before it ships.
  • Proven, not hoped for. Every change ties back to its citation and share-of-voice movement.

The metric

Being mentioned isn't being recommended. WriteWorks quantifies both.

Four numbers, each countable. No vague “AI SEO” scoring.

  • Visibility: the share of AI answers to your prompts that mention you
  • Share of voice: your appearances as a percentage of all brands named
  • Sentiment: scored on every mention, yours and your competitors'
  • AI referrals: every time an answer sends a human to your site

Frequently asked questions

If something's missing, get in touch.

What is content engineering software?+
Content engineering software is the system that makes content production measurable end-to-end. Instead of drafting in one tool, scoring in another, and tracking results in a third, content engineering software unifies research, authoring, optimisation, publishing, and measurement into one closed loop. WriteWorks is content engineering software purpose-built for AI search performance.
What does WriteWorks do?+
Two things, in one loop. It measures your visibility across 10+ AI platforms: citations, share of voice, sentiment and competitors. Then it gives you the content engine to change that number: prompt research, opportunity scans, AI generation grounded in your brand, approvals, publishing and reporting.
How do you define visibility?+
Visibility is the share of AI answers to your tracked prompts that mention your brand. Share of voice is your brand's appearances as a percentage of all brand appearances, you plus every competitor. Both are counted from the actual answers WriteWorks captures, and both are broken down by engine, market and persona.
Which AI engines does the platform track?+
10+ AI platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Brave AI, Meta AI, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Every tracked prompt runs across every platform you enable. Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Brave AI and Copilot are captured from their live surfaces, so coverage there depends on what those products render at the time.
How is this different from a visibility tracker?+
Trackers stop at the dashboard. Visibility is an output of content, so a score without a production engine leaves you to fix the problem in whatever tools you already had. In WriteWorks, the gap you find in analytics becomes a brief in your content pipeline, and what you publish shows up in the next visibility run.
How does the editor score my drafts?+
Two live lenses run beside the draft. Search covers SEO and AI-search readiness together: heading structure, intent match, internal links, schema, extractability, entity clarity. Brand covers voice, tone, banned terms and persona match. Each check returns pass, warning or fail with an inline before-and-after suggestion.
What is prompt research?+
Every seed keyword expands into prompts across four intents: Informational, Commercial, Transactional and Navigational, grounded in real search data. Each variant tracks independently so you can see which intent you win and which your competitors own.
Do I have to replace my CMS?+
No. WriteWorks sits alongside your CMS. Content publishes wherever you publish today. WriteWorks is the engineering and measurement layer; your CMS stays the system of record.
Does it work for agencies?+
Yes. One login manages multiple client organisations, each with its own tracking, brand profile and configuration. Add granular roles, approval workflows and scheduled client-ready reports, and AI search becomes something you can sell as a retainer rather than explain as a theory.
Is this built for teams?+
Yes. Enterprise ships unlimited team seats, multiple organisations, API access, HMAC-signed webhooks, audit logs and custom roles. Growth is sized for a solo operator running a serious programme.
How does pricing work?+
Three tiers: Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Every engine is tracked on every paid plan; tracked-prompt limits scale with the tier. Annual billing saves 10%, and every new organisation starts on a free trial.
