We are practitioner-led. Our founder, Nathan M, has 12+ years in search marketing and has been running LLM citation experiments since the day ChatGPT launched. Every workflow we ship comes from real teams running real programmes for B2B, D2C, and enterprise brands across every major sector.

We do not ship slideware. Every feature comes from a real team running a real AEO programme. If we cannot demonstrate it, we will not claim it.

What hiring looks like

Fast, fair, and focused on the work itself. No interview gauntlets, no white-board theatre.

Step 1

30-min intro call

Mutual fit check. We share what we are building, you share what you are looking for, we both decide whether to keep going.

Step 2

Practical work session

A short, paid take-home or a 60-minute pairing session on a real problem from the WriteWorks roadmap. No trick questions, no algorithm trivia.

Step 3

Team conversations

Two or three async-friendly chats with future teammates and the founder. We dig into how you think, how you ship, and how you collaborate.

Step 4

Offer within 4 days

If it is a fit, we move quickly. Salary, equity, start date, and a written role doc you can pressure-test before saying yes.
