Which AI platforms does each plan track?+
Coverage widens with the tier. Starter tracks ChatGPT. Growth tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Enterprise tracks all 10+ AI platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Brave AI, Meta AI, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Every plan sweeps its platforms daily.
What is a tracked prompt?+
A query you've registered for ongoing engine runs. WriteWorks runs your tracked prompts across the AI platforms your plan covers, captures the answer, and logs citations, share of voice and engine coverage on a 24-hour refresh.
What is an AI credit?+
One credit is 1,000 tokens of AI work: co-author rewrites, prompt generation, optimisation lens scoring, agentic workflow steps, sheets cell operations. Because it is metered on tokens rather than clicks, a short rewrite costs a fraction of what a full article draft does. Monthly allowances are 3,200 on Starter, 12,000 on Growth and 96,000 on Enterprise. AI visibility engine sweeps are included with every plan and never draw on your credits.
Can I buy more AI credits?+
Yes. Credit packs top up your balance on demand, in three sizes, and they stack on top of your monthly allowance so a busy month never throttles the closed loop. Current pack pricing is on the plans page inside the platform.
How many websites and seats does each plan include?+
Every plan tracks one website per organisation. Starter and Growth include a single organisation and a single seat. Enterprise includes up to 5 organisations and unlimited team seats, so a multi-brand team can run up to 5 websites, one per organisation, each fully isolated.
How long is my history kept?+
One year of AI visibility history on every plan: every captured answer, citation and share-of-voice reading stays available for twelve months, whichever tier you are on. Agent analytics, the AI crawler visits recorded on your site, is kept for 90 days.
Which markets can I track?+
20 markets are tracked accurately today: Global plus 19 countries. Every plan includes one market, chosen when you set your brand up. Track more at the same time by adding region add-ons to any plan.
What's the difference between Growth and Enterprise?+
Two things. Enterprise widens engine coverage from three AI platforms to all 10+, and it unlocks unlimited team seats, up to 5 organisations (one website each), API access, webhooks and priority support. Growth is sized for a solo operator running a serious programme on a single website.
How is Enterprise billed?+
Quarterly or annually, not monthly. Talk to sales and we'll size it against the brands and markets you need to cover.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any differences.
