See your brand's visibility across social platforms

A new Social section shows how AI assistants cite Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more, alongside sentiment, prompts, competitors and content.

What it is

A social-media view of AI visibility, sitting alongside the existing AI-search dashboards.

What it does

Shows which social platforms AI assistants cite when answering prompts, how a brand compares to competitors there, the sentiment of those mentions, and which social posts and topics drive the most citations.

Why it matters

Marketing teams can now see not just whether AI assistants mention their brand, but where on social media those mentions come from, so content and outreach can be targeted accordingly.

How it works

WriteWorks looks at existing AI-answer citations, spots the ones that point to social domains, groups them by platform, and matches brand names or handles in the URLs to attribute them to the right brand.

How to use it

  1. Open the new Social item under Measure in the sidebar.
  2. Check Visibility for a platform-by-platform breakdown and share-of-voice.
  3. Visit Prompts, Sentiment, Competitors or Content for a deeper look at any area.
  4. Click any prompt to see the exact responses and social sources cited.
