Gamma integration

A visibility report has to survive a meeting. The Gamma integration turns a WriteWorks result into a presentation or document, formatted and ready to present.

What it is

What the Gamma integration is

The Gamma connection takes structured output from WriteWorks — a monthly visibility report, a competitive summary, a content plan — and creates a Gamma deck or document from it using your own account.

It exists because the last mile of reporting is usually a person rebuilding numbers in slides. The figures are already in WriteWorks; this is how they get into a format an executive audience reads.

What it does

What you can do with it

Four questions the two data sets answer together that neither answers alone.

Visibility, citation and content-performance reporting becomes a presentation without anyone retyping a number.

How it works

How the Gamma integration works

About a minute to connect, and nothing to maintain afterwards.

1

Connect Gamma

Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Gamma. Authorise WriteWorks with your Gamma account.

2

Choose what becomes a deck

Pick which reports or results should be sent to Gamma, and how often.

3

Generate

WriteWorks sends the content and Gamma builds the deck or document in your workspace.

4

Present, then edit if you want

The result is a normal Gamma file. Edit, restyle or present it as you would anything else.

Who it is for

Who uses the Gamma integration

The same connection answers a different question depending on who is asking.

Board-ready reporting without rebuilding it in slides every month.

You bring your own account. The Gamma integration authenticates with your own account at Gamma, on your own plan and your own quota. WriteWorks reads the data that account already has access to, and nothing else. Disconnect at any time and the stored credential is deleted.

FAQ

Gamma integration FAQs

The questions teams ask before connecting it.

What does the Gamma integration do?+
It turns WriteWorks reports and results into Gamma presentations or documents in your own workspace, so reporting arrives ready to present.
Do I need my own Gamma account?+
Yes. Decks are created in your workspace on your own plan.
Can I edit the deck afterwards?+
Yes. What Gamma creates is an ordinary file in your workspace, editable like any other.
How do I connect Gamma to WriteWorks?+
Open Settings, then Integrations, choose Gamma and authorise your account, then pick which reports should be sent.
Does it publish content to my website?+
No. Gamma is for presentations and documents. Publishing to a site is what the CMS integrations do.
What happens if I disconnect it?+
The stored credential is deleted and no further decks are created. Decks already in your workspace stay there.
