Gamma integration
A visibility report has to survive a meeting. The Gamma integration turns a WriteWorks result into a presentation or document, formatted and ready to present.
What the Gamma integration is
The Gamma connection takes structured output from WriteWorks — a monthly visibility report, a competitive summary, a content plan — and creates a Gamma deck or document from it using your own account.
It exists because the last mile of reporting is usually a person rebuilding numbers in slides. The figures are already in WriteWorks; this is how they get into a format an executive audience reads.
What you can do with it
Four questions the two data sets answer together that neither answers alone.
Visibility, citation and content-performance reporting becomes a presentation without anyone retyping a number.
Decks are created in your Gamma workspace, so your themes and brand settings apply.
The same report regenerates with current figures, which is the difference between a monthly ritual and an afternoon lost.
Executive summaries produced from the same data as the detailed view, so the two never disagree.
How the Gamma integration works
About a minute to connect, and nothing to maintain afterwards.
Connect Gamma
Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Gamma. Authorise WriteWorks with your Gamma account.
Choose what becomes a deck
Pick which reports or results should be sent to Gamma, and how often.
Generate
WriteWorks sends the content and Gamma builds the deck or document in your workspace.
Present, then edit if you want
The result is a normal Gamma file. Edit, restyle or present it as you would anything else.
Who uses the Gamma integration
The same connection answers a different question depending on who is asking.
Board-ready reporting without rebuilding it in slides every month.
Client reporting generated per brand from the client's own data.
One set of figures behind both the working view and the presentation.
Turn a content plan into something a stakeholder will actually read.
You bring your own account. The Gamma integration authenticates with your own account at Gamma, on your own plan and your own quota. WriteWorks reads the data that account already has access to, and nothing else. Disconnect at any time and the stored credential is deleted.
