Klaviyo integration
The questions buyers ask an AI engine are the questions your emails should answer. The Klaviyo integration brings campaigns, flows and reporting into WriteWorks so lifecycle and content work from one picture.
What the Klaviyo integration is
The Klaviyo connection reads campaigns, flows, templates, profile properties and reporting from your own account, and can create or update campaign and template content when you want content produced in WriteWorks to ship there.
The value is direction. Content that earns citations tells you which explanations land; lifecycle data tells you which of those explanations convert. Running them from one place stops the two teams answering the same question differently.
What you can do with it
Four questions the two data sets answer together that neither answers alone.
Prompts buyers ask engines become the subjects of flows and campaigns, so the pre-sale explanation is consistent wherever it is read.
A page earning citations is a proven explanation. Turning it into a flow email costs a fraction of writing another one.
Open and click behaviour on a topic is a real signal about whether an explanation lands, and it belongs beside the citation data.
Profile properties and engagement let a topic-based segment be built from behaviour rather than assumption.
How the Klaviyo integration works
About a minute to connect, and nothing to maintain afterwards.
Create a Klaviyo API key
In Klaviyo, create a private API key with the scopes you want WriteWorks to have. Read-only is enough if you do not want it writing content.
Add the key to WriteWorks
Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Klaviyo. Paste the key, which is stored encrypted.
Choose what it may do
Decide whether WriteWorks only reads reporting, or may also create campaign and template content for your review.
Work from one picture
Citation gaps, published pages and lifecycle performance appear together, so content and lifecycle plan against the same evidence.
Who uses the Klaviyo integration
The same connection answers a different question depending on who is asking.
Write flows against the questions buyers are already asking engines, with the answers that earn citations.
Keep product explanations consistent between the site, the emails and what an assistant says about you.
See which explanations convert, not just which ones get cited.
Run each client's own Klaviyo account, with keys and data separated per brand.
You bring your own account. The Klaviyo integration authenticates with your own account at Klaviyo, on your own plan and your own quota. WriteWorks reads the data that account already has access to, and nothing else. Disconnect at any time and the stored credential is deleted.
