Customer.io integration

Messaging works better when it answers the question the buyer already asked somewhere else. The Customer.io integration brings workspaces, campaigns and automations into WriteWorks, in either region.

What it is

What the Customer.io integration is

The Customer.io connection reads workspaces, campaigns, messages, profiles and automations from your own account, and can prepare message content for review. Both the US and EU regions are supported: you choose the region when you connect, and data stays in it.

Running lifecycle beside AI visibility answers a question neither shows alone: whether the explanation that wins citations is the same one that moves people through your onboarding, and if not, which one is wrong.

What you can do with it

Four questions the two data sets answer together that neither answers alone.

Prompts buyers ask engines become the questions your onboarding and nurture messages answer.

How it works

How the Customer.io integration works

About a minute to connect, and nothing to maintain afterwards.

1

Create Customer.io API credentials

In Customer.io, create an App API key for the workspace you want WriteWorks to use.

2

Connect, choosing your region

Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Customer.io. Select US or EU, then add the credentials.

3

Pick the workspace

Choose which workspace this brand uses, so multi-brand accounts never cross data.

4

Plan from one picture

Campaign performance and AI visibility appear together, and message content can be prepared in WriteWorks for review.

Who it is for

Who uses the Customer.io integration

The same connection answers a different question depending on who is asking.

Build campaigns around the questions buyers already ask, with the answers that earn citations.

You bring your own account. The Customer.io integration authenticates with your own account at Customer.io, on your own plan and your own quota. WriteWorks reads the data that account already has access to, and nothing else. Disconnect at any time and the stored credential is deleted.
